What do you guys think about dating within a team at school?

What do you think about it, if two people are on a team or band at school are dating?
Such as bandcest? Teamcest? People on a team usually get really close, and everyone is like family.
Does that make a difference in how you look at a couple?
Do you like teamcest/bandcest or think it’s awkward?
